The company gave birth to the Women@Entain Italia: a project developed as part of the DE&I strategy aimed at creating a space for internal debate, idea sharing, collaboration and unity among women. Entain strongly believes in the value of inclusion and gender equality and knows the extent to which these issues enrichen people’s professional and personal lives. With this project we aim to create moments for sharing and reflection where women may achieve self-awareness, show their strength and be themselves. We aim to achieve this by moving beyond prejudices and stereotypes so as to accelerate change towards a more equitable world.
