A supportive sports program, created in cooperation with sports without borders in 2022 that provides training in various sports disciplines with specialized trainers for all employees.

Donation days with Avis
For several years now, Eurobet has been working closely with AVIS to support and strengthen the sense of solidarity with others. Avis is a private, nonprofit association that pursues a public interest goal: to ensure an adequate blood supply to all people in need. It collects and contributes to about 80 percent of the national need with more than 3,400 branches located throughout Italy.

March 8: International Women's Day
Eurobet organized a Round Table 'No Woman no Fly: What Future for the Country without a Renewed Role of Women in Society' just on the occasion of March 8.
During the meeting, exponents from the worlds of politics, institutions, and business discussed and debated issues concerning women's leadership, the recognition and promotion of gender equality, and the enhancement of women's professionalism.

M'illumino di meno
...Some planted flowers, some dined by candlelight, some recycled disused objects giving them new life, some abandoned their cars for bicycles...
These are the small gestures of change under the banner of eco-sustainability, which employees put into action on the day of energy saving and sustainable lifestyles launched by Caterpillar and Radio2 in 2005, "M'illumino di meno." An initiative that has become a symbol of the fight against waste and environmentally friendly behavior.

Company Vaccinations
Eurobet joined the project promoted by the Lazio region, transforming its headquarters into a Covid-19 vaccine hub.
Thanks to this it was possible to offer the service to all employees and also to several neighboring companies.

The place to be: an ethical project for companies embedded in the urban fabric
The event was held on February 15, 2022 at Eurobet's headquarters and was dedicated to exploring ways through which to make the relationship between the public, private and third sectors virtuous for the realization of projects for the development and recovery of the territory, taking a cue from some of the issues contained in Eurobet's first Integrated Report.
The event, which was attended not only by company management but also by the main institutions of Lazio and Rome, was an opportunity not only to take stock of the state of the art of environmental and social sustainability initiatives, but also to identify the actions that need to be implemented to make the collaboration between public and private increasingly effective. Indeed, in the context outlined, the synergy between key stakeholders itself becomes a source of sustainability and value creation.
