Training and Development
The way we care for our people is expressed through “ad hoc” training programs based on roles and professional skills. These training programs set off tailored growth paths for development and empowerment within our company.
Our resources benefit from courses focused on soft and hard skills, language and management. The company’s flagship are its experiential training sessions, such as Team Buildings. These allow staff to feel part of a team and to live and implement the values that have always guided and inspired us.
Eurobet has also implemented an assessment and coaching structure which allows the company to identify talent and prepare tailored development plans.
Wellness
One of Eurobet's goals is to ensure its people have a high level of well-being.
To achieve this goal, the company has implemented actions that support its resources both in their emotional sphere (a counselling desk and webinars to help manage emotions and well-being) as well as in their physical one (Wellbeing for Good program with sports activities such as yoga, padel, and soccer open to all/and; meetings with a nutritionist), thus fostering a proper balance between personal and professional life.
Welfare

The first Welfare Plan goes back to 2016. Today, more and more new initiatives are added every year.
The company's goal is to convey and implement tangible projects to enhance its resources and reward their commitment by offering welfare initiatives in the areas of wellness and family. Such initiatives include: public transportation passes, supplementary health insurance schemes, a Wedding voucher, a Birth voucher, and counselling for new parents
