The 3rd Integrated Report marks the conclusion of the first round of actions and projects of the three-year strategy launched by the company in 2020, focused on sustainable growth declined in ESG dimensions.
Innovation and sustainability the core principles of this strategy, which includes the following areas of action:
- Promoting healthy entertainment and a culture of responsible gaming away from excess through innovative and responsible customer tools, such as an artificial intelligence system called ARC (Advanced Responsibility & Care).
- Support for various associations engaged daily in activities of inclusion and support for the most fragile categories of the population, through the CSR Award.
- Reducing the impact of activities on theenvironment through the NetZero project, which aims to zero net carbon emissions in all operations by 2035, especially in the context of concrete and measurable energy efficiency.
