Reporting violations

The Company promotes a corporate culture based on ethics and transparency. This is the context of the new Whistleblowing reporting system, which was implemented in light of Legislative Decree 24/2023 and therefore has created its own channel through which reports can be sent, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblowers and reported persons and protection from retaliatory measures.

What can be reported?

Reports, which should be as circumstantial as possible, relate to violations of the law and internal regulations (detailed more specifically in Procedure) that harm the public interest and/or the integrity of the Company, such as a corrupt act.

Therefore, reports involving personal claims inherent in one's employment relationship (e.g., litigation, discrimination, bullying) will not be taken into consideration - as they are not classified as Whistleblowing reports.

Who can segnal?

Reports can be sent by individuals inside or outside the organization, by anyone who has or has had a relationship with the organization, and, precisely because of that relationship, has become aware of wrongdoing potentially subject to reporting. (e.g., employees, former employees, trainees, consultants, contractors, suppliers, shareholders, etc.).

How can it be reported?

Click "Submit a Report" and follow the instructions.

It is necessary that the report be as circumstantial as possible and offer as many elements as possible in order to enable its proper handling and appropriate follow-up. It must contain, as an essential element, the subject matter, that is, a clear description of the report, with an indication of the circumstances of time and place in which the facts/behavior described were committed.
