01 Apr World Autism Day: Entain Italy supports the Filippide Project and participates in the Run For Autism
On the occasion of World Autism Day, Entain Italia renews its commitment alongside Progetto Filippide by running the Run For Autism, a road running race in collaboration with ASD Lazio Olimpia Runners Team. The competition, scheduled for Sunday, April 2, in the streets of Rome's historic center, reaches this year its 11th edition with the aim of raising awareness and informing on the issue of autism.
More than 500 Project Filippide athletes will compete in this sports competition, which is unique in Europe as it integrates athletes with autism spectrum and neurotypicals without distinction of category or bib number. Among the runners taking part in the 10-kilometer race, which will wind through the capital's most celebrated streets, will be 18 Entain employees and friends.
The collaboration between Entain Italia and the Association - which began at the Entain Foundation 's CSR Awards - involves supporting for 2023 the training and sports preparation activities of 12 children with autism spectrum disorders, accompanied by as many operators, for whom the Run For Autism represents an important event.

Project Filippide
The Filippide association, affiliated with Fisdir and recognized by the Italian Paralympic Committee and the UN, conducts training and preparation for sports competitions of individuals with autism and related rare syndromes.
